But we'd cut the single off a few weeks before the album came out to get people to wait and let the excitement build. When I put out Kris Kross we did that. Does the absolute MOUNTAIN of statistical evidence showing that consumers would rather buy the single, and offering them the single to purchase ends up equating to profits mean nothing to you?

Does the present situation, wherein iTunes has the ability to call the shots because the music industry fucked things up so royally for so long, mean absolutely nothing to you?
